📋 Description

• Provide technical user support and manage user accounts • Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues • Write clear, concise, and descriptive bug reports • Handle service requests, including database exports/imports and data quality management • Dispatch tickets • Analyze, identify, and document opportunities to optimize applications and support processes • Contribute to the data quality and usability of applications • Communicate user feedback to Product Management • Help build the support knowledge base and compile user documentation • Collaborate with Product Management, Developers, the Quality Assurance team, and business partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration with an IT focus, Data Analytics, or Information Technology • Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL, with basic PL/SQL skills • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • At least one year of experience in CRM support • Advanced or fluent English is required
