📋 Description

• Support client deployments of Lina's products; • Monitor schedules, technical deliveries, and Go-Lives; • Follow up with clients and internal teams; • Assist clients with testing, certifications, and API integrations; • Help monitor regulatory milestones and deadlines; • Support status meetings and operational alignments; • Work alongside Development, Regulatory, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams; • Assist in identifying risks and tracking action plans; • Prepare operational reports, presentations, and executive updates; • Ensure effective communication and a positive client experience during deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. • Experience or exposure to system implementations, project work, or technical support; • Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and integration flows; • Experience in client follow-up and demand/request management; • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence; • Strong analytical and organizational skills; • Good verbal and written communication; • Collaborative, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
