📋 Description

• Create and issue invoices from the company's internal systems • Manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments • Reconcile payments received against issued invoices • Keep billing records accurate and up to date in the accounting software (Xero) • Communicate with clients and the US team in English

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese and English (written and spoken) • Proven experience creating invoices from company systems • Experience with collections and payment reconciliation • Hands-on experience with an accounting software • Preferred: experience with Xero • Candidates with QuickBooks experience will also be considered, as the tools are similar.
