📋 Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout France • Expand the customer base and strengthen market position • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers • Manage the sales process from proposal through contract negotiation • Ensure profitability and optimal gross margins for Angst+Pfister • Identify business opportunities based on customer environments and needs • Lead customer relationship management • Handle customer complaints promptly and efficiently • Collaborate with product application engineers and internal teams • Visit clients and prospects regularly • Participate in external sales activities and expand the customer base

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent, with extensive commercial experience and skills • Experience with sealing technologies including O-rings, molded parts, and rotary shaft seals • Strong focus on the France market • Ability to build strong networks with purchasing and design departments • Understanding of customer decision-making processes • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings • Problem-solving ability and willingness to handle complex challenges • Business development and market expansion mindset • French native speaker • Fluent in English • Spanish is a plus • Based in France, ideally near Paris or Lyon • Willingness to travel and flexibility to meet customer expectations
