📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance management tools • Organize, structure, and analyze data related to academic, operational, and regulatory processes • Build and update dashboards, metrics, and monitoring panels • Automate routines and processes to improve operational efficiency • Document business rules and standardize information • Support visual management by organizing and visualizing data • Ensure the traceability, consistency, and reliability of information • Support the monitoring of critical processes and activities related to the sustainable delivery of academic offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, intermediate to advanced Excel, and dashboard development • Ability to structure, process, combine, and validate databases from different systems • Knowledge of data modeling, metrics, and business rules • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with multiple departments, active listening, and the ability to turn operational needs into data solutions • Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, with attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset • Experience in corporate environments, particularly with academic, educational, or operational management processes, is a plus • Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and data automation and integration tools is a plus
