📋 Description

• Obtain quotes and negotiate with suppliers of consumable materials and healthcare products • Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring delivery deadlines are met and orders comply with internal requests • Conduct comparative price analyses to secure the best commercial terms • Support the preparation and analysis of spend reports (spend analysis) • Work closely with requesting departments to understand purchasing needs, specifications, and deadlines • Assist with RFQ (Request for Quotation) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, as required • Maintain supplier relationships, ensuring quality, delivery times, and costs meet the company’s needs
