📋 Description

• 独立负责 Minds 旗下产品线，承担将产品高质量推向市场的最终责任 • 打磨新手引导、第一个有价值的任务及促使用户复购/回访的关键体验 • 端到端负责产品线的范围、首用体验、质量标准与发布决策 • 与市场团队制定产品定位、发布计划及用户吸纳话术，并将用户反馈反哺产品迭代 • 与垂直领域 PM 协作，交付可复用且高品质的产品模块 • 与数据团队预先定义成功指标，快速上线、捕捉信号并敏捷迭代 • 在日常工作流中使用 AI 进行原型设计、撰写 PRD、生成和测试方案、分析结果

🎯 Requirements

• 能够证明自己具备独立掌控产品并高质量交付的能力——无论是在 PM 岗位、产品市场（PMM）岗位、个人创业项目，还是自己独立开发上线的作品 • 通常需要 1–3 年相关经验，但实际产出的影响远比年限重要 • 敏锐的产品感知力与极高的新手细节要求 • 良好的商业与市场直觉 • 原生 AI（AI-Native）思维，习惯使用 AI 工具加速工作，并了解大模型的行为机制 • 出色的沟通与协调能力，能够推动市场、工程和设计团队协同 • 具备消费级、移动端或 AI 产品的上线发布经验（加分项） • 具备游戏产品经验（重大加分项） • 熟悉智能体 AI、IM/聊天原生产品或创作者工具（加分项） • 具备数据分析和 A/B 测试的实操经验（加分项）
