📋 Description

• Run Anovia’s outbound-first go-to-market engine across email, LinkedIn and paid media, using HubSpot as the system of record • Monitor bounce, spam, complaint, mailbox-volume, warm-up and sequence-performance metrics • Provision and manage mailboxes, sending domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and custom tracking domains • Administer, configure, maintain and improve HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub • Design and optimise sales pipelines, lead management processes and automated workflows • QA imported and synchronised records, resolve duplicates and maintain lifecycle, lead-status and data-quality standards • Govern marketing contacts, suppression lists, exclusion lists, naming, tagging and tier conventions • Run workflow, property, integration and attribution health checks; troubleshoot issues and support users • Document CRM processes and coach Sales leadership and users on HubSpot best practices • Deliver weekly multi-channel performance reports, maintain dashboards and BI layers, and run funnel and attribution diagnostics • Produce monthly leadership performance packs and conversion/coaching trend reports • Monitor paid-media spend pacing, delivery health, landing-page conversion performance and cross-platform spend reconciliation • Produce campaign assets, nurture copy, SEO content briefs and landing-page copy variants • Maintain suppression alignment, monitor trigger-event sources and re-score the target universe • Manage vendor collisions, renewals, seat allocation and licensing • Enforce brand terminology, remediate legacy website terminology, and QA website pages • Coordinate LinkedIn sender seats and review acceptance and reply rates • Forecast marketing spend and operate budget change control • Participate in weekly operational syncs, biweekly progress check-ins and monthly revenue reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in marketing operations, demand generation operations or revenue operations, with at least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot administration • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, including workflows, automation, pipelines, lifecycle management and reporting • Demonstrated ownership of cold email infrastructure, including domain and mailbox provisioning, warm-up, rotation, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration • Demonstrated accountability for deliverability metrics against defined bounce and complaint thresholds • Proven experience maintaining CRM data quality, governance and de-duplication at scale • Experience building and maintaining multi-channel performance reporting and dashboards for a leadership audience • Working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads sufficient to monitor spend pacing, delivery health and campaign performance, and to reconcile spend across platforms • Ability to write campaign, nurture and landing page copy to a publishable standard • Experience designing and optimising lead management and sales processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high standard of attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work directly with senior stakeholders • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment • Availability for overlapping United States business hours • Preferred: HubSpot Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Software or HubSpot Sales Software certifications • Preferred: Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing Labs certifications • Preferred: Experience in a RevOps or Sales Operations function • Preferred: Experience integrating HubSpot with other business applications • Preferred: Experience with BI and dashboarding tools • Preferred: Experience supporting B2B technology, IT services or managed services organisations selling into the United States • Preferred: Experience managing external agencies and data vendors
