📋 Description

• Build, orchestrate, and maintain data pipelines on the GCP stack using BigQuery, dbt, PySpark, Parquet, and Dagster • Develop a deep understanding of Antenna's core data models • Partner with Data Science and Data Operations to maintain trusted, well-understood, self-service datasets • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to derive and define requirements • Document, simplify, and explain complex problems to different audiences • Establish best practices for specialized datasets used in analytics and modeling • Own the reliability of the data delivery pipeline and serve as its subject matter expert • Report to the VP, Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused specifically on data infrastructure or platform engineering • Experience building production pipelines in a modern cloud warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks) with dbt, SQL, or Spark and an orchestrator like Dagster or Airflow • Expertise with SQL and at least one general-purpose programming language, preferably Python • Ability to independently navigate complex, unfamiliar systems to identify and fix difficult problems • Effective communication with cross-functional teammates and stakeholders • Understanding of data-system testability • Experience using AI tools and automation to improve work • Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1) • Resume must be submitted in English • Bonus: Backend web service design and implementation • Bonus: Managing GCP or AWS cloud resources with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation • Bonus: Designing maintainable systems for challenging customer problems • Bonus: Industry experience with receipt, transaction, or viewership data • Bonus: Data architecture and governance experience
