📋 Description

• Assist with navigation tasks, including chart plotting and monitoring of weather conditions • Support cargo operations, including loading, unloading, and securing of cargo • Conduct routine maintenance tasks on deck equipment and machinery • Participate in safety drills and emergency response training • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Physical fitness and ability to work in challenging weather conditions • Basic knowledge of navigation and maritime regulations • Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately
