📋 Description

• Design advanced electrical engineering problems for frontier AI training and evaluation • Create deterministic problems with exactly one correct answer • Write complete, verified solutions and clearly document the reasoning process • Develop problems involving circuits, electronics, signal processing, control systems, electromagnetics, power systems, or communications • Create problems requiring multi-step quantitative reasoning and engineering judgment • Use Python, MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, or specialized engineering software to validate solutions where relevant • Ensure outputs are technically precise, reproducible, and well-written in English • Help create high-quality STEM training data used in AI model training and evaluation pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field • Strong research or industry experience in electrical systems, electronics, signal processing, controls, communications, or power engineering • Strong mathematical and computational problem-solving skills • Solid grasp of circuit analysis, modeling, numerical methods, and engineering fundamentals • Ability to design original, difficult problems that mirror real electrical engineering workflows • Excellent attention to detail and technical writing skills in English • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, LTspice, PSpice, PSCAD, LabVIEW, or similar tools is nice to have • Background in control theory, digital signal processing, power electronics, RF systems, or embedded systems is nice to have • Experience evaluating model reasoning, developing benchmarks, or creating technical assessments is nice to have
