📋 Description

• Support the finance team by managing daily accounting and financial tasks • Handle reconciliations, debits, credits, and general bookkeeping activities • Contribute to annual and periodic budgeting processes • Work with management to develop financial forecasts and projections • Troubleshoot and resolve financial discrepancies accurately and promptly • Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and support business operations • Supervise, mentor, and coordinate team members while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and bookkeeping practices • Proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting • Previous leadership or management experience • Ability to supervise, mentor, and coordinate team members • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Minimum of 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience overseeing accounting, finance, or operations teams • Consistent and dependable for a long-term role • Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
