• Maintain and organize all commissioning project documentation across multiple active sites. • Manage document control processes for commissioning procedures, scripts, reports, test forms, issue logs, and turnover packages. • Track document status, approvals, comments, and outstanding deliverables. • Support the preparation and publishing of commissioning completion reports and final turnover documentation. • Ensure all documentation is current, properly revision-controlled, and distributed to the appropriate stakeholders. • Maintain commissioning trackers for equipment readiness, testing status, deficiencies, and turnover milestones. • Assist in tracking installation completion, startup readiness, and turnover sequencing of MEP systems and equipment. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, TAB agencies, OEMs, and field teams to collect and validate required testing and startup documentation. • Monitor and track system walkdowns, punch lists, deficiency resolution, and equipment turnover status. • Support development and maintenance of integrated commissioning and turnover schedules. • Assist with equipment matrix development, system boundary verification, and turnover package coordination. • Participate in MEP coordination meetings and communicate outstanding documentation or system readiness issues. • Assist Cx Managers and Cx Engineers with daily documentation and project coordination requirements. • Compile functional testing records, startup reports, equipment checklists, and deficiency tracking logs. • Maintain commissioning schedules, trackers, and reporting dashboards. • Support daily and weekly reporting requirements for clients and internal leadership. • Coordinate collection of vendor documentation, OEM manuals, startup reports, and test results. • Verify documentation accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency. • Ensure compliance with client standards, project specifications, commissioning procedures, and company quality requirements. • Monitor documentation and turnover submission timelines and escalate delays where required. • Support audit readiness and maintain records for quality assurance purposes. • Interface with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, OEM vendors, TAB contractors, controls contractors, and field teams regarding documentation and MEP coordination requirements. • Coordinate document requests, comments, revisions, and approvals. • Participate in project meetings to communicate documentation status, turnover readiness, and outstanding actions.
• 2+ years of experience in document control, commissioning support, MEP coordination, construction administration, or project coordination • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and document accuracy • Preferred Experience in mission-critical/data center environments • Familiarity with commissioning processes, turnover procedures, and MEP construction workflows • Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical systems with construction projects • Experience with construction documentation systems and project management platforms • Understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, controls, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Combination of office, remote, and active construction site environments • May require travel to domestic and international project locations
