📋 Description

• Implement modules and support clients in adopting solutions • Deliver internal and external training • Create content for the Help Center and e-learning portal • Analyze AI interactions • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience • Connect customers, product, and teams to drive hospitality • Continuously enhance the customer experience by bringing users, the product, and internal teams closer together through knowledge, communication, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of software implementation processes • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its operational processes (a plus) • Knowledge of tax and accounting routines, as well as financial and administrative processes (a plus) • Bachelor's degree or associate degree/technical degree • Knowledge of system implementation, training, hospitality, KCS, customer service, and HITS
