📋 Description
• Guide new clients in using the product. • Provide training and monitor software usage. • Configure the environment according to client needs. • Ensure customer satisfaction with the product/service. • Suggest process and product improvements focused on the customer.
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of software implementation processes. • Experience in the hospitality industry. • Bachelor’s degree or technology degree (as listed in the posting). • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Excel (a plus). • Knowledge of financial and administrative procedures (a plus). • Knowledge of ERP systems (a plus).
