📋 Description

• Manage relationship with existing or new clients within own vertical • Ensure client implementations are planned, resourced and delivered at par with Appficiency standards ensuring NetSuite implementations in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) • Ensure the delivery team is following all standard processes during the sales-to-delivery transition process • Ensure clients become referenceable • Set strategic direction for team, office, or country • Coach, mentor and develop next line of leaders • Responsible for applying expert knowledge of implementation and large project process • Ensure that resources are allocated based on project demand • Create, present, communicate and follow up on strategic plans of all kinds • Identify and drive improvements in Delivery departments

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years experience in Professional Services • Native Japanese speaker • At least 10 years consulting experience in systems implementation and integration, process re-engineering or related • At least 10 years experience in ERP preferably NetSuite • Project Management experience • At least 10 years management experience in handling several teams • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple resources across multiple locations who are working on complex projects and tasks simultaneously in one or two industries • Strong understanding of ERP Implementation preferably NetSuite • Strong understanding of technology implementation • Strong understanding of business analytics, business intelligence and financial performance management • Strong understanding of P&L statement • Strong ability in managing small, medium and large scale projects • Management of medium to large team in different regions and countries • Willingness and desire to travel, with usual travel can be up to 25% of total time but can be higher on certain projects.
