📋 Description

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, automations, integrations, and data models • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify process-improvement opportunities • Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce capabilities • Support Salesforce integrations with other business systems and ensure reliable data flow and data quality • Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, manage enhancements, and contribute to Salesforce administration, optimization, security, and performance • Contribute to Salesforce architecture, development standards, documentation, testing, and release processes • Report to the Director, Enterprise Applications • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce platform solutions, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs • Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data models, data migration, and Salesforce integrations with other business applications • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions • Ability to work independently in a global, remote-first environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities and document work
