📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, workflows, requirements, and expected outcomes • Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation • Evaluate requirements and priorities based on business value, stakeholder needs, dependencies, scope, and delivery considerations • Identify missing information, ambiguous requirements, conflicting expectations, business rules, and edge cases before development • Maintain traceable product documentation, meeting notes, approved decisions, and scope changes • Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams • Assess change requests and communicate impacts on scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations • Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, and technical stakeholders to clarify behavior, investigate blockers, and validate solutions • Support product roadmap planning and ongoing prioritization • Support UAT by validating business scenarios, reviewing defects, clarifying expected behavior, and determining scope • Leverage AI tools for research, information analysis, requirements refinement, user-story development, and documentation • Follow up on open questions, decisions, dependencies, and action items to maintain alignment and timely delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience • Senior-level experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles, preferably with 5+ years of relevant experience • Proven experience making product-related decisions, managing priorities, evaluating scope, and balancing business needs with delivery considerations • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, including business rules, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements • Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritizing requirements, and supporting product delivery through development and UAT • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to identify gaps, clarify ambiguous requirements, anticipate edge cases, and assess impacts on scope, dependencies, and priorities • Experience collaborating with Developers, QA Engineers, and technical stakeholders • Working knowledge of software development processes, system dependencies, and technical concepts • Experience creating and maintaining PRDs, BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related artifacts • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Wiki, or equivalent platforms • B2+ English proficiency • Nice-to-have experience in software development companies, software factories, or nearshore environments • Nice-to-have experience with revenue forecasting, financial planning, sales forecasting, demand planning, budgeting, or similar solutions • Nice-to-have experience in aviation, aeronautics, or MRO environments • Familiarity with MoSCoW or RICE prioritization frameworks • Familiarity with Miro, Lucidchart, FigJam, or Microsoft Whiteboard • Experience with Figma, Figma Make, or Claude Design • Experience defining or managing AI-enabled product features • Experience managing products throughout the full lifecycle
