📋 Description

• Define and ship the wallet dashboard, WhatsApp conversational flows, and multi-surface journey between them • Ensure the account, card, and rewards function as one unified product • Simplify stablecoin-backed, non-custodial infrastructure into an intuitive banking-like experience • Define what users see for every state their money can be in • Shape the funding and withdrawal experience from onboarding to confirmation • Set the roadmap, strategy, and priorities for the pod • Work closely with engineering and design to foster delivery excellence • Talk to users weekly and run user research • Convert support and operations insights into product decisions • Form hypotheses, run experiments across WhatsApp and the dashboard, measure results, and ship what works • Identify opportunities across operations, compliance, marketing, and other Félix products and drive them to delivery • Align leadership, engineering, fraud, compliance, operations, and marketing to drive progress without formal authority

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management (or adjacent experience as a hands-on builder) • Extreme ownership and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Proven experience simplifying complex products into clear, intuitive user experiences, ideally within fintech, digital wallets, neobanks, or consumer financial products • Track record of owning acquisition, activation, or retention funnels and core metrics including NPS, retention, and conversion • Concrete examples of product changes that moved the needle • Hands-on experience running user research directly • Exceptional ability to align and orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams toward a single outcome • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and architecture • Ability to run simple SQL queries and leverage data to make informed, prioritized decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish • Equivalent competencies in the stated requirements will also be considered • Experience with digital wallets, crypto/blockchain, smart contracts, or card issuing/processing is nice to have • Hands-on experience building conversational, chat-based, or messaging-first consumer products is nice to have • Experience designing complex onboarding or multi-surface journeys in consumer fintech is nice to have
