📋 Description

• Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams • Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems such as ERP and TMS • Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing • Validate complex supply chain edge cases before UAT • Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture • Bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions • Optimize supply chain execution and shape the enterprise software footprint

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience • 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms • Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration • Strong knowledge of SQL querying • Strong knowledge of system integration standards • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks • Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing • Proven ability to perform root-cause issue triage • Proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience • CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred
