📋 Description

• Review and analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes • Identify and recommend automation strategies using native PeopleSoft functionality • Define automation requirements, approaches, dependencies, and complexity for HCM processes • Develop detailed automation plans covering scope, approach, timelines, tools, assumptions, and implementation considerations • Create clear and structured technical documentation to support review and decision-making processes • Establish repeatable documentation and automation planning approaches based on stakeholder feedback • Support the planning and prioritization of automation initiatives • Design and implement PeopleSoft configurations and custom solutions as implementation activities progress • Support testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and technical validation • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience • Senior-level experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with strong hands-on technical and functional expertise • Proven experience working with PeopleSoft HCM implementations in complex enterprise environments • Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules • Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools • Proven experience designing and implementing automation within PeopleSoft environments • Ability to assess existing PeopleSoft business processes and identify automation opportunities using native PeopleSoft capabilities • Experience defining automation requirements and estimating process complexity and implementation effort • Strong technical documentation skills, including automation plans, process approaches, timelines, and tooling recommendations • Experience preparing technical documentation for formal IT governance or technical review processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in complex and ambiguous environments • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present and defend technical recommendations • Experience working in consulting, advisory, or client-facing environments • Fluent English proficiency • PeopleSoft HCM and/or PeopleTools certification is a nice to have • Experience using AI or Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools is a nice to have
