📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and resolve managed services break/fix support issues • Actively follow-up on and track updates on work from clients and internally • Ensure progression of activities and communicate status • Provide solution training to clients and internal team members • Coordinate with other internal teams to maintain broad view of overall customer efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills • 5+ years of experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain management and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 • Working knowledge and expertise in Warehouse and Production management • Microsoft Certification: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330) • Bachelor’s degree in information systems management, Computer Science, or related experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to work with, and contribute to, a virtual team of functional/technical consultants • Ability to work with technical resources to appropriately estimate enhancement efforts
