📋 Description

• Make outbound phone calls and send outbound emails to lead lists • Focus 80%+ of time on outbound calls and emails to engage SMB prospects • Represent Applause with integrity, passion, professionalism, and product knowledge • Educate cold prospects about the value of Applause software • Set qualified demos for interested SMB prospects with Account Executives • Call trade show attendees, encourage booth visits, and follow up to nurture leads • Support a target of 12+ completed demos per month

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR quotas • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with sales CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce • Comfortable making 200+ outbound calls per day • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance high activity levels with effective follow-ups • Proven ability to work remotely • Excellent time management • Reliable internet connection and zero noticeable latency • Ability to work an 8-hour shift within 7 AM–7 PM EST • Applications must be submitted in English
