• Drive field, technical, and customer engagement from a business-unit perspective • Conduct calls with field Technical Directors • Drive penetration and adoption of unique and complex product strategies with BU, RPM, and Field • Identify customer adoption barriers and drive plans to overcome them • Monitor global technical and market trends and capture competitive intelligence • Align and track business focus on TAM, share, and margin between BU and Field • Lead project teams to achieve milestones and objectives • Map trends, opportunities, and threats to roadmaps and strategies • Enhance technical communication and information flow between Field and Product Teams • Communicate customer information regarding applications, value validation, and adoption issues • Coordinate Technical Review (TRM) workshops with BU
• Recognized as a technical expert in the particular field • In-depth and/or broad expertise in own discipline • Broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function • Expert understanding of global technical and market trends • Ability to capture competitive intelligence systematically • Ability to drive product strategy penetration and adoption with BU, RPM, and Field • Ability to identify customer adoption barriers and develop plans to overcome them • Ability to align and track TAM, share, and margin between BU and Field • Ability to lead projects with notable risk and complexity • Ability to solve unique and complex problems with broad business impact • Conceptual and innovative problem-solving ability • Ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate objections, and persuade senior stakeholders • Willingness to travel 10% of the time
