🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Portuguese Language and Literature or Linguistics. • Experience grading essays in ENEM and vestibular formats. • Deep knowledge of the standard (norma-padrão) of Brazilian Portuguese. • Written communication skills: ability to express ideas and concepts clearly, coherently, and concisely, adapting tone to the target audience. • Analytical skills: ability to analyze and evaluate texts impartially, identifying errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. • Empathy and patience: essential qualities for our graders, who will help students reach their potential.
