📋 Description

• Review and evaluate essays according to predetermined criteria • Provide constructive feedback to improve students’ writing skills • Correct essays online using the automated platform, following ENEM and university entrance exam formats • Assign scores and provide targeted comments to improve students’ performance • Maintain the quality of evaluations • Guide students in expressing their ideas clearly and coherently • Adapt language to the target audience • Give and receive constructive feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Portuguese Language and Literature or Linguistics • Experience evaluating essays according to ENEM and university entrance exam formats • In-depth knowledge of standard Portuguese grammar and usage • Ability to communicate clearly, systematically, and concisely in writing, adapting communication to the target audience • Analytical skills to assess texts impartially, identifying errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement • Empathy and patience • Ability to quickly adapt to the automated evaluation tool • Strong organizational and communication skills • Availability to work flexibly from anywhere and on any day of the week
