📋 Description

• Provide superior software support to Revalize clients • Resolve technical and functional issues for customers • Communicate directly with customers in a professional manner • Contribute to the improvement of knowledgebase articles and functional documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in using 3D CAD systems (Inventor, SolidWorks, TENADO CAD, AutoCAD 3D, etc.) • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills • Enjoyment of problem-solving • Experience in customer service • Ability to communicate technical topics in an understandable manner • Familiarity with Windows software operation, installation, and troubleshooting
