📋 Description

• Design and implement AI agentic workflows orchestrating language, vision, and speech models • Build and extend task-driven, tool-using AI agents • Implement decision logic, memory strategies, and tool-calling mechanisms • Improve agent reliability through structured prompting, planning, and error handling • Develop and integrate text-based AI systems, including LLM pipelines, embeddings, rerankers, and RAG architectures • Build document understanding pipelines using OCR and vision-based models • Develop and optimize speech-based AI solutions, including STT, TTS, and conversational voice interfaces • Design and improve multilingual and translation pipelines • Own AI components or features from design through deployment • Deploy, monitor, and optimize production AI systems for scalability and cost-efficiency • Integrate AI components into maintainable and scalable systems • Implement logging, monitoring, and observability practices • Define and apply evaluation metrics for AI systems • Benchmark and optimize models for inference performance and cost-efficiency • Run experiments and A/B tests • Identify failure modes and improve model robustness and reliability • Design and maintain data pipelines for text, document, and audio data • Analyze model outputs and user interactions for iterative improvements • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data teams, and senior engineers • Support integration, testing, and deployment in production • Maintain documentation and contribute through code reviews, demos, and technical discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or proficiency with modern agent frameworks and orchestration patterns • Knowledge of language, vision, and speech technologies • Experience with LLM pipelines, embeddings, rerankers, and RAG architectures • Experience with OCR and vision-based models • Knowledge of STT, TTS, and conversational voice interfaces • Experience with multilingual and translation pipelines • Ability to deploy, monitor, and optimize AI systems in production • Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and observability practices • Experience defining and applying AI evaluation metrics, including accuracy, latency, and robustness • Experience benchmarking and optimizing models for inference performance and cost-efficiency • Experience running experiments and A/B tests • Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines for text, document, and audio data • Ability to collaborate with data, product, design, and engineering teams • Ability to document AI pipelines, agent workflows, and evaluation processes • Proficiency in code reviews, demos, and technical discussions
