📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to create and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria • Participate in 3-month rough planning and define iteration (sprint) goals • Engage in research and prototyping • Work closely with product architects to refine technical solutions • Apply best design and coding practices to create high-quality components • Develop solutions and ensure iteration goals are met • Write automated tests to ensure code quality • Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards • Continuously improve team processes • Promote knowledge sharing across the team and beyond • Develop reliable and scalable solutions using Aras Innovator infrastructure to meet business requirements and customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Software Engineer • Development knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL • Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns • Performance optimization and analytics skills • Knowledge of software development processes, including estimation and development flow • AI-Assisted Development knowledge • Understanding of LLM fundamentals, including model types, capabilities, limitations, and selecting the right model • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning • Flexibility in adapting to change • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Strong problem analysis and solution-solving capabilities • Attention to detail in all aspects of development • Must be eligible to work in Poland
