📋 Description

• Maintain, support, and optimize AWS compute environments, including EC2, Auto Scaling, and Elastic Load Balancing • Manage cloud resources, backups, patching, and disaster recovery configurations • Support AWS networking and hybrid connectivity, including VPC, TGW, VPN, and Direct Connect • Administer AWS security services and policies, including IAM, KMS, Security Groups, and GuardDuty • Deploy automation for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS Systems Manager • Monitor performance and respond to alerts through Arcadion’s NOC/SOC platforms • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and act as L2/L3 escalation on cloud workloads • Participate in client onboarding assessments, documentation, and knowledge transfer • Ensure governance alignment with Well-Architected best practices and CIS/NIST cybersecurity frameworks • Contribute to continuous improvement of Arcadion’s AWS Managed Services delivery playbooks • Collaborate with MSP/NOC and security teams to support secure, optimized, and proactively monitored customer workloads

🎯 Requirements

• Mexico’s SAT: Registered with (Tax Administration Service) • Should have a Mexican RFC tax ID • Fluent English (Required) • 3–5+ years hands-on experience administering cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AWS • Strong knowledge of EC2, EBS, AMIs, Load Balancers, and Auto-Scaling • Strong knowledge of VPC networking, including subnets, routing, NAT, and NACLs • Strong knowledge of IAM policy management and identity governance • Experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Datadog • Familiarity with Linux and Windows server administration • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using CloudFormation and/or Terraform • Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity in cloud environments • Familiarity with security operations and compliance within AWS environments • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage urgent client situations • Strong communication and client-facing professionalism in a managed services environment
