The company offers services including construction and building works, property valorization and sales of building plots, home staging, interior relooking, energy certification (A. P. E. ), permit and compliance assistance, and full project management for residential and commercial properties.

📋 Description

• Build and execute a territory strategy across New Zealand local government • Create and develop a strong pipeline of new council and government opportunities • Build trusted relationships with council executives, planning and consenting leaders, building control teams, CIOs, technology leaders, regulatory services teams, procurement teams and other government stakeholders • Identify councils and government agencies looking to modernise planning, resource consenting, building consenting and development approval processes • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement and discovery through demonstrations, business cases, procurement and contract • Navigate tenders, RFQs, RFPs, public-sector procurement and multi-stakeholder decision-making • Develop strategic relationships across the New Zealand local government, planning, consenting and GovTech ecosystem • Work closely with Government Solutions, Customer, Product, Technology and Marketing teams to turn opportunities into successful long-term partnerships • Represent Archistar at local government, planning, technology and industry events • Bring market intelligence and customer insight into the business to evolve technology for New Zealand councils • Own pipeline, forecasting and revenue performance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years' enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience • Strong track record selling into New Zealand councils or the broader public sector • Established relationships within the New Zealand local government or GovTech ecosystem • Demonstrated success creating pipeline and winning new government customers • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales • Strong knowledge of tenders, RFPs, RFQs and public-sector procurement • History of achieving or exceeding significant sales targets • Confidence engaging council chief executives, senior leaders, planning, consenting, regulatory, operational and technical teams • Ability to translate sophisticated technology into a clear and compelling business case • Strong commercial, presentation and negotiation skills • Experience selling planning, resource consenting, building consenting, land management, GIS, regulatory technology, civic technology or digital government solutions highly regarded • Must be suitably qualified
