📋 Description

• Take full accountability for end-to-end delivery of major product updates • Manage the release lifecycle and ensure high-impact features are deployed reliably and maintain peak production performance • Leverage AI tools such as Claude to accelerate boilerplate and execution while retaining ownership of logic, security, and architecture • Collaborate with product teams to integrate and improve AI capabilities within the Archy platform • Collaborate with the Frontend team to integrate the Java Spring Boot backend with the React/TypeScript frontend • Participate in code reviews and provide and receive constructive feedback • Identify and implement opportunities to improve team efficiency • Estimate and plan development efforts for projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • 6+ years of experience as a backend engineer • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal; B2 level of English or greater • Experience with Java Spring Boot or similar frameworks • Hands-on experience with Snowflake or enterprise cloud data warehouses for managing and querying large-scale datasets • Experience owning the successful release of high-traffic features or major platform migrations • Deep understanding of using AI tools as a co-pilot without sacrificing code quality or problem-solving • Deep focus on testing, stability, and performance • Customer-centric mindset • Strong collaboration and communication skills; openness to feedback and respect for diverse voices and talents
