📋 Description

• Develop in-depth knowledge of various areas of the company and the challenges facing the education sector • Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, focusing on converting and closing large accounts • Negotiate complex contracts, often involving significant financial decisions for schools • Build and strengthen relationships with managers and decision-makers, including principals, school owners, and C-level executives, understanding their pain points, challenges, and motivations in order to propose customized solutions • Keep the CRM updated at every stage of the funnel • Develop creative engagement initiatives to enhance schools’ journey • Identify market opportunities and suggest improvements to support the product’s continuous evolution

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in complex, long-cycle sales (B2B, SaaS, ERP, among others) • Familiarity with and experience managing sales funnels • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Brazil, with no travel restrictions when supporting clients in different regions • Eagerness to learn and be part of a winning team, understanding that we are stronger together and being willing to step outside your comfort zone • Direct communication: an active communicator and attentive listener who welcomes honest feedback as an opportunity for growth • Comfortable adapting to constant change • Sense of urgency, accountability, organization, and proactivity • Preferred: experience in the financial services market or with financial products
