📋 Description

• Develop deep knowledge across various areas of the company and understand the challenges of the education sector • Manage the sales funnel end-to-end, with a focus on conversion and closing large accounts • Negotiate complex contracts, often involving significant financial decisions for schools • Build and strengthen relationships with managers and decision-makers (principals, school owners/maintainers, and C-level executives), understanding their pain points, challenges, and motivations to propose tailored solutions • Keep the CRM updated at all stages of the sales funnel • Develop creative engagement initiatives to enhance schools’ customer journeys • Identify market opportunities and suggest improvements to support the continuous evolution of our product.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in complex, long sales-cycle deals (B2B, SaaS, ERP, among others) • Familiarity with and ability to manage the sales funnel • Availability for extensive travel across Brazil, with no restrictions on travel to support clients in different regions • Willingness to learn and contribute to a winning team, embracing collaboration and stepping outside your comfort zone • Direct communicator: an active communicator and attentive listener who receives candid feedback as opportunities for growth • Comfortable dealing with constant change • Sense of urgency, responsibility, organization, and proactivity • Prior experience in the financial market or working with financial products.
