📋 Description

• Configure and deliver Clearion Web and Mobile applications for customer projects • Implement and maintain solutions using Clearion Studio Configuration tool and VS Code • Test and validate configurations using QA skills • Troubleshoot and investigate configuration issues with Business Analysts, Product, Engineering, GIS, Customer Support, and QA • Participate in requirements and business flow review sessions with BAs and the Product team • Follow established team workflows and standards, flagging and suggesting improvements • Deliver configuration tasks on time and manage priorities to meet project deadlines • Communicate blockers, risks, and delivery timelines to stakeholders • Identify and propose configuration and testing improvements • Maintain configuration and test documentation, usage guidelines, and instructions • Participate in daily standups, retrospectives, planning sessions, project meetings, and training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in web and mobile application quality assurance, including functional and regression testing • Hands-on skills with DevTools, HTML, XML, JSON, and SQL • Familiarity with VS Code and Git is preferred • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence • Experience working in Agile environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, international team environment • Upper-Level Intermediate English at a minimum (spoken and written) • Basic JavaScript knowledge is a plus • Familiarity with Arcade, GIS/ArcGIS is a plus • Ability to configure software using Clearion Studio and VS Code with precision and attention to detail • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while keeping stakeholders informed • Ability to take ownership of tasks, escalate blockers promptly, and remain accountable for results • Ability to adapt to changes in configuration tooling and product roadmap priorities
