📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Edify Play, transforming pedagogical flows into fluid, high-performance, top-quality gamified experiences for mobile and WebGL • Collaborate closely with Product, Design (UX/UI) and the pedagogical team to ensure the student and educator experience is outstanding, intuitive and accessible • Ensure code quality through constructive code reviews, promoting best practices and the technical growth of the team • Build with speed and consistency, fostering a culture of testing and componentization to create reusable interfaces that accelerate the entire team’s development • Actively participate in the evolution of the application architecture, documenting technical decisions and continuously improving our internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Unity, having built and maintained a product in production • Solid proficiency in C# and Unity • Expertise in performance and memory: profilers, object lifecycle, investigating leaks, caching strategies and build size reduction • Experience leading the architecture of complex applications, including separation between business logic and UI, modularization, decoupling and applying MVP/MVC/MVVM patterns in Unity • Experience with automated testing (unit testing frameworks; Edit Mode and Play Mode; unit and integration tests) • Proactive in seeking technological updates and using AI tools in daily work • Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn • Nice-to-haves: hands-on experience with WebGL in production; JavaScript and browser APIs to work around engine limitations on WebGL; experience running Unity apps on constrained hardware
