📋 Description

• Participate in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting software applications • Seek innovative solutions to problems and make design and implementation recommendations • Identify, recommend, and participate in process improvement initiatives • Apply generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation • Collaborate with team members across projects to support departmental and organizational roadmaps • Plan, test and execute software version upgrade releases • Manage tasks to meet assigned project dates • Perform other duties as assigned • Perform full-cycle design, development, and release of software to build, support, and enhance home-grown and third-party systems, platforms, and applications

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server • Experience working with a variety of third-party SDKs and APIs • Proficiency in frontend development with JavaScript • Experience building, customizing, or integrating features within contact center software platforms is a plus • Experience with cloud technology such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is preferred • Experience with React is preferred
