📋 Description

• Desenvolver e manter serviços backend escaláveis e de alta performance, garantindo qualidade e estabilidade. • Implementar testes automatizados (unitários, mockados, end-to-end) para assegurar a robustez do sistema. • Evoluir e manter a arquitetura do sistema com boas práticas, modularidade e documentação clara. • Monitorar e otimizar a performance dos sistemas em produção, utilizando ferramentas como Datadog e Rollbar. • Compartilhar conhecimento e influenciar tecnicamente o time, colaborando com times de produto e engenharia.

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência consolidada em desenvolvimento backend com Ruby on Rails. • Profundo conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais, especialmente PostgreSQL. • Sólida experiência com testes automatizados e arquitetura de software (Clean Architecture, SOLID, Design Patterns). • Conhecimento em Docker, Kubernetes e Sidekiq para orquestração e processamento assíncrono. • Habilidades de comunicação, colaboração e liderança técnica, com foco em aprendizado contínuo.
