📋 Description

• Develop robust, scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot • Work across the full software lifecycle, from design to production delivery • Implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation and continuous quality • Create and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests to ensure reliability • Integrate and manage relational databases, and work with Kafka and Kafka Connect • Work with JPA/Hibernate and Kubernetes for application orchestration • Ensure observability through metrics, logging, and monitoring • Apply best practices for resilience, fault tolerance, and high availability • Collaborate with other teams, promoting technical alignment and clear communication • Propose innovative solutions for technical and business challenges • Document architectures and technical decisions • Support the technical development of other engineers • Seek continuous feedback and act collaboratively and proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot • Experience with relational databases • Consistent practice in unit, integration, and E2E testing • Knowledge of Kafka / Kafka Connectors • Experience with Maven and/or Gradle • Experience with JPA / Hibernate • Experience with Kubernetes • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude • Ability to make technical decisions considering the overall impact
