📋 Description

• Design and implement an AI agent hierarchy using CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or a custom architecture • Configure a granular authorization matrix by country and autonomy controls by capability • Implement intelligent escalation between layers with full context transfer • Design and implement embedding systems with optimized chunking and indexing • Implement cross-lingual retrieval and a continuous knowledge-base update pipeline • Integrate the WhatsApp Business API, Discord, Telegram, LiveChat, email, and in-app chat • Implement unified conversation history across channels and human-like behavior • Integrate internal APIs for refunds, account management, and diagnostics • Implement handoff to human agents without context loss, along with AI assistance for Tier 2 support • Develop an operations dashboard with live conversations, metrics, queues, a knowledge-base editor, and SLA monitoring • Implement a Tier 2 workstation, audit logs, and analytics • Deploy and manage applications on OVH, DigitalOcean, and Linode cloud servers • Containerize applications with Docker/Kubernetes for 24/7 high availability • Monitor performance and optimize response times under high demand

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with multi-agent AI systems (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or custom solutions) • More than 2 years of experience with RAG/embeddings at scale (chunking, indexing, and retrieval) • More than 2 years of experience with multiple LLM APIs: Claude API, OpenAI API, Grok API, DeepSeek API, Kimi API, and Gemini API • Experience with sentiment analysis and natural language processing • More than 2 years of experience with MCP servers (Model Context Protocol) • More than 3 years of back-end experience with TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS) • More than 3 years of front-end experience with TypeScript (React, Next.js) developing dashboards • Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time communication • Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis) • Experience with the WhatsApp Business API or solutions such as Twilio • Experience developing bots for Discord and/or Telegram • Knowledge of human-in-the-loop design for AI systems • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of Linux servers and deploying applications to production • Familiarity with version control best practices (Git) and web application security • Experience with real-time dashboards and monitoring • Bachelor’s degree
