📋 Description

• Lead the creation of invisible guardrails, Policy as Code, and automated scanning integrated into CI/CD pipelines; • Develop the Cloud Security Platform team, ensuring technical excellence and career growth for each team member; • Participate in hiring processes and team formation; • Translate complex regulations into scalable, automated security architectures; • Act as a bridge between technology and compliance, ensuring regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, BCB, LGPD, ISO 27001); • Promote and disseminate a security culture ("Security as Code"), influencing architectures and sharing best practices; • Ensure security posture on AWS: identity and access management (IAM), guardrails/SCPs, hardening, and CSPM; • Lead vulnerability management, threat modeling, and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Cloud Security; • Experience in people management, giving feedback, career planning, and hiring; • Deep knowledge of security in AWS environments; • Strong expertise in IAM, guardrails, SCPs, hardening, and CSPM; • Solid experience with Terraform/AWS CDK, Python, and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines (SAST/DAST); • Experience with compliance and security frameworks applied to fintechs and regulated environments; • Practical experience in vulnerability management and incident response; • Ability to balance a strategic security vision with hands-on technical execution; • Security-as-a-platform mindset: transform controls into automated, self-service consumable capabilities.
