📋 Description

• Lead the creation of invisible guardrails, Policy as Code, and automated scanning integrated into CI/CD pipelines • Develop the Cloud Security Platform team, ensuring technical excellence and career growth for each team member • Participate in hiring and team-building processes • Translate complex regulations into scalable, automated security architectures • Act as a bridge between technology and compliance, ensuring regulatory compliance with PCI DSS, BCB, LGPD, and ISO 27001 • Promote and embed a security culture (Security as Code), influencing architectures and disseminating best practices • Ensure AWS security posture, including IAM, guardrails/SCPs, hardening, and CSPM • Lead vulnerability management, threat modeling, and incident response

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Cloud Security • Experience managing people, providing feedback, developing career plans, and hiring • Deep knowledge of security in AWS environments • Advanced expertise in IAM, guardrails, SCPs, hardening, and CSPM • Strong experience with Terraform/AWS CDK, Python, and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines (SAST/DAST) • Experience with compliance and security frameworks applied to fintechs and regulated environments • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management and incident response • Ability to balance a strategic security perspective with hands-on technical work • Security-as-a-platform mindset, transforming controls into automated capabilities available through self-service • Security and cloud certifications are a plus: AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, CCSP • Experience with CSPM tools such as Wiz is a plus • Container and Kubernetes security experience is a plus • Experience with SIEM and security monitoring is a plus • Threat intelligence experience is a plus • Knowledge of DevSecOps and a Security as Code culture is a plus • Experience with Policy as Code tools such as OPA/Conftest and automated guardrails is a plus
