📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between enterprise business systems, including Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, and internal Arctic Wolf platforms • Build and support RESTful APIs, integration services, and data pipelines using modern development practices • Develop and maintain integration workflows using middleware and ETL platforms such as Jitterbit, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar technologies • Support and enhance data synchronization processes between business applications and enterprise data platforms • Collaborate with business stakeholders, system administrators, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in peer reviews and technical discussions • Conduct duties in accordance with Arctic Wolf Information Security policies, standards, processes, and controls

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience developing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications and data platforms • Strong programming experience in object-oriented languages such as Java and/or Apex • Hands-on scripting experience using Python and/or JavaScript • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts • Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs • Experience working with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or similar platforms • Experience supporting data synchronization, integration services, and enterprise workflows • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Experience with ETL/ELT processes, middleware platforms, and integration frameworks such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Workato, or similar tools • Working knowledge of AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake • Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or streaming technologies such as Kafka • Understanding of CRM, ERP, HRIS, and business process workflows • Experience working in Agile development environments • Candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews • Background checks are required for this position • If applicable, authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations
