At Arctic Wolf, our mission is to End Cyber Risk through effective security operations. To achieve this, we believe that organizations must do three key things:
• Collaborate closely with senior cybersecurity engineers on client projects • Act as the customer point of contact for inquiries about security incidents reported by the SOC • Analyze customers’ structural security weaknesses with the team • Create technical reports and documentation supporting customer environments • Troubleshoot security and technical issues with team guidance • Explain basic security best practices to non-technical contacts • Build professional, trust-based customer relationships • Analyze logs and events to identify patterns or potential threats • Continuously develop cybersecurity skills through mentoring and hands-on experience
• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related IT fields • Familiarity with network security, cloud infrastructure, SaaS tools, and identity management • Exposure to risk and vulnerability management • Strong communication skills in both Danish and English • Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach • Comfortable working in a team and eager to grow professionally • Technical skills in at least 4 listed areas • Understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, and common network protocols • Basic knowledge of hardening Windows, Linux, and Unix environments • Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus, and IDS/IPS systems • Basic understanding of Python, Bash, or PowerShell • Experience using vulnerability assessment tools such as Nmap, Nessus, or OpenVAS • Foundational knowledge of incident response • Awareness of MITRE ATT&CK and NIST security frameworks • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to document policies, procedures, and incident reports • Background checks are required • Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under applicable U.S. export control laws may be required
