• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high-performance Sales Engineering team • Build strong relationships and collaborate across Sales, Architects, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D teams • Engage with prospects and partners to enhance brand awareness and accelerate business closure • Monitor, coach, and mentor Sales Engineers on objection handling, solution architecture, and scoping • Represent Arctic Wolf publicly in webinars, tradeshows, and channel enablement sessions
• 5+ years in a front-line management role, leading a Sales Engineering or pre-sales team • 10+ years in customer-facing roles, in pre-sales engineering or security consulting • Exceptional ability to articulate the value of Arctic Wolf technology to technical and executive audiences • Experience in practitioner, consultative, or pre-sales roles in Networking, Security, Server Infrastructure, Identity Management, Cloud Services, or GRC • Fluent in German and English
