📋 Description

• Consulting, design, and implementation of customized and innovative Microsoft (cloud) solutions • Topic development in the areas of Cloud and Modern Work • Conducting requirements analyses and workshops with clients, including at C-level • Active participation in project teams for our well-known clients • Contribution to ARES internal projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., in STEM) or vocational training in IT • Solid knowledge of IT technologies such as Microsoft cloud services, identity providers, and client-server architectures • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the services included within it • Experience in presales and project management • Familiarity with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) • Motivated to quickly learn new topics and to advance your skills in cloud technologies • Independent, customer-focused, strong communicator and a team player • Willingness to travel within Germany (on average max. 3 days/month) • Very good German and English language skills • Willingness to undergo a security check (SÜ1 or SÜ2) in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (SÜG)
