📋 Description

• Lead mid- to large-size and complex consulting projects simultaneously • Develop and implement long-term client strategies • Gather system and business requirements, design and build Planning Cloud solutions, write calculation scripts, and build applications end to end • Lead technical team members in delivering EPM/BI solutions and provide leading-practice business process solutions • Act as a functional and technical expert independently or as part of a team • Serve as the primary client contact and communicate project progress, challenges, and changes • Assess clients' business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements • Advise clients on technology solutions and tools • Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers and negotiate contracts and agreements • Provide ongoing post-implementation technical support • Monitor solution performance and recommend updates, upgrades, or modifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc. • Experience leading 5-6 different, full-lifecycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations • Expert knowledge of Oracle Planning Cloud tools • Experience leading functional and technical design sessions and implementing Oracle Planning Cloud solutions • Experience implementing Oracle Planning Cloud modules such as Workforce, CapEx, Projects, PCM, or Strategic Modeling • Experience leading a team of consultants and managing deliverables • Strong Essbase calculation script writing skills • Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or strategic-level industry experience is required • Previous experience working in IT companies • In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and systems • Proficient in English written and verbal communication • Exceptional complex project management skills • Thought leadership and industry expertise • Strong business development skills • Ability to mentor and coach junior and mid-level consultants • Ability to contribute to strategic vision and decision-making • Ability to interact effectively with senior client executives
