📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert in one or more areas of consulting technology • Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to assess needs and challenges and provide expert recommendations and solutions • Lead major client engagements and oversee project portfolios • Design, develop, and implement technology solutions to meet client needs • Lead and oversee projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery • Provide direct and indirect mentorship and guidance to teams and consultants • Identify system risks and vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies • Evaluate and select technology vendors, products, and services • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor • Stay current with technological trends and assess their relevance • Lead strategic technology consulting initiatives and manage key client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field • MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD expected • 10+ years of consulting or industry experience • 5+ years of Oracle EPM/BI implementation or hands-on administration experience required • Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS) • Experience with Smart View required • Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud preferred • Experience with Oracle Financial Close and Consolidations (FCC) Cloud preferred • Experience with Oracle Data Management or FDMEE desired • Experience with Narrative Reporting desired • Experience with Essbase 21c preferred • Proven track record of successful project delivery • Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or strategic-level industry experience required • In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and systems • Experience leading and managing different projects • Ability to interact effectively with senior client executives
