📋 Description

• Coordinate all processes and phases of the project management lifecycle • Execute implementation project plans and timelines with focus on timeliness, accuracy, and communication • Enable cross-functional team communications and assist with identifying, mitigating, and managing risks and dependencies • Monitor day-to-day project health, progress, and budget • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and budgets • Liaise with stakeholders, project teams, and management • Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocations • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report project status • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices • Provide administrative support to the IT Project Manager/Sr IT Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining documentation • Ensure compliance with project management standards and guidelines • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements • Maintain 90% utilization and manage revenue up to $800K

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or coordination • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Proficient in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira • Knowledge of Agile methodologies • Experience in process improvement and change management • Ability to travel up to 25%
