📋 Description

• Perform appliance servicing, break-fix work, and installations for gaming equipment • Manage inventory and maintain adequate stock levels • Deliver customer service and resolve client concerns • Conduct routine maintenance checks • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues with the technical team • Maintain accurate service records and documentation • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies • Train and support clients on equipment usage and maintenance • Participate in weekend on-call rotations • Travel to client locations as needed for service tasks • Communicate with clients and internal teams to determine service needs • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client happiness

🎯 Requirements

• Full New Zealand driver's license is strictly required • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service • Technical background in appliance servicing and installations is preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Open to weekend on-call rotations • Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies • Mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals • Criminal background check and fingerprints may be required • Must obtain applicable gaming regulatory licenses or registrations if required • Must be authorized to work in New Zealand full-time without current or future visa sponsorship
