• Perform appliance servicing, break fix, and installations for gaming equipment • Manage inventory and maintain adequate stock levels • Deliver customer service and resolve client concerns • Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment • Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and troubleshoot issues • Maintain accurate service records and documentation • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies • Train and support clients on equipment usage and maintenance • Participate in weekend on-call rotations for urgent requests • Travel to client locations as needed to perform service tasks • Communicate with clients and internal teams to determine service needs • Continuously improve service delivery and client happiness
• Full New Zealand driver's license is strictly required • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service • Technical background in appliance servicing and installations preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Strong time management and organizational abilities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to participate in weekend on-call rotations • Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies • Must be authorized to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship • Subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals • May be required to complete a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain applicable gaming licenses or registrations
