📋 Description
• Lead the creation and execution of premium visual designs for Live Casino games and related digital products • Design logos, icons, backgrounds, patterns, promotional materials, product branding systems, and broadcast-ready graphics • Continuously improve and refresh existing products to maintain visual engagement, competitiveness, and alignment with design trends • Translate product vision and business objectives into compelling visual experiences for players • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, Studio, Marketing, Fashion, and Art Direction teams • Present creative concepts and design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback while maintaining quality and consistency • Ensure design implementation meets creative expectations • Contribute to the evolution of visual language, design systems, and creative standards • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices • Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting production deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of professional Graphic Design experience • 2+ years of experience within Live Casino, iGaming, or a similar entertainment industry • Experience contributing to commercially released digital products • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop • Strong working knowledge of Figma and AI-powered design tools • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence • Exceptional understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, branding, illustration, and visual storytelling • Strong illustration or drawing skills • Ability to transform business and product requirements into engaging visual solutions • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect designs • Comfortable working within Agile teams and structured production pipelines • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable with excellent collaboration skills • Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related field • Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
