📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day support for HR technology solutions strictly related to Workday • Support Workday HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, and Time Off modules • Research and resolve problems, unexpected results, and process flaws • Serve as an HR Technology consultative partner to HR/Payroll teams in EMEA/APAC • Identify and research system issues and defects and formulate resolutions or recommendations • Follow Workday best practices, development standards, guidelines, SOPs, and best practices • Create test scenarios and test scripts • Perform system testing and coordinate user testing and acceptance • Provide resolutions by due dates and maintain SOP documentation and processes • Escalate issues to the Global HR Technology team as appropriate • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation with internal resources • Develop and train internal clients on new Time Off and Absence processes and functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a similar role working with Workday HRIS system • Previous Workday configuration experience would be a plus • Payroll knowledge/experience will be nice to have • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong business acumen within a technical environment • Collaborates with others well • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented global environment and handle multiple projects • English advanced
